The FCA Difference

Advisory that speaks before you do.

Every document, credential, and communication from FCA is built to establish institutional credibility before a word is spoken in any room. FCA builds the compliance, governance, capital access, and brand infrastructure that Nigerian businesses need to withstand regulatory scrutiny, win government contracts, attract serious capital, and operate at the standard that tier-one counterparties demand.

Headquartered in Port Harcourt. Active across Nigeria's energy, financial services, agro-industrial, and commercial sectors.

Advisory Services

Precision advisory across
Nigeria's regulatory and commercial landscape.

01
NDPA Data Protection Compliance
Complete NDPA 2023 compliance infrastructure: policy frameworks, DPO advisory, staff training, DPIA processes, and audit-ready documentation. NDPC enforcement is active. Organisations without compliance are exposed today, not tomorrow.
Regulatory Compliance
02
AML/CFT DNFBP Compliance
AML/CFT programmes, SCUML registration, CDD procedures, STR protocols, and risk assessment frameworks for law firms, estate agents, accountants, and all designated non-financial businesses. Compliance that qualifies you to serve regulated clients.
Financial Compliance
03
Capital Access and Investor Readiness
Bank loan documentation packs, BoI and NIRSAL application preparation, investor decks, and due diligence data rooms. Most Nigerian businesses are rejected at the documentation stage, not the creditworthiness stage. That gap is what FCA closes. Success fee arrangements are available on approved BoI and NIRSAL facilities.
Capital Advisory
04
Government Tender and Procurement Readiness
Pre-qualification document assembly for federal and state tenders, BPP vendor registration, PENCOM, ITF and NSITF compliance packs. The barrier to government contracts is almost entirely documentary. That barrier is what FCA removes. FCA's Port Harcourt base gives direct proximity to Rivers and Bayelsa State procurement.
Procurement Advisory
05
Energy Sector Advisory: Upstream, Midstream and Downstream
NUPRC licensing, NCDMB Nigerian Content Plans, NCD registration, and PIA transition for upstream operators. NMDPRA compliance, gas processing and pipeline regulatory advisory, and LNG documentation for midstream operators. Downstream refining, petroleum product marketing, LPG distribution, and DPR/NMDPRA compliance for downstream companies.
Upstream · Midstream · Downstream
06
Business Structuring and Corporate Documentation
Business plans, company profiles, financial models, shareholders agreements, employment contracts, and governance frameworks. Not templates. Bespoke institutional infrastructure built for your sector, your counterparty, and your growth stage.
Business Advisory
07
Brand, Identity, and Institutional Credibility
Complete brand architecture, identity systems, document suites, and digital presence for Nigerian businesses that are losing contracts, capital, and credibility because they do not look as serious on paper as they are in practice.
Brand Advisory
08
Training, Governance, and Capacity Building
In-house compliance workshops, board and executive briefings, public quarterly events in Port Harcourt, and governance documentation for faith organisations, trade associations, healthcare facilities, cooperatives, and schools.

The Environment FCA Navigates

The regulatory frameworks FCA navigates
so you do not have to.

Nigeria's regulatory and commercial environment rewards businesses that are structurally prepared. Compliance frameworks, capital access programmes, procurement gateways, and energy sector regulations each carry both obligation and opportunity. FCA exists at this intersection: turning complexity into institutional advantage.

Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023
NDPA mandates data protection compliance for all organisations processing personal data of Nigerian residents. Penalties reach 2% of annual gross revenue or 10 million naira, whichever is higher.
CBN AML/CFT Regulations
DNFBPs are required to register with SCUML, implement risk-based AML programmes, and file Suspicious Transaction Reports. Non-compliance triggers sanctions, licence revocation, and personal liability for directors.
Nigerian Content Development Act
NCDMB mandates Nigerian content in upstream petroleum operations. Local content plans are a licence condition. Non-compliance disqualifies companies from contracts, awards, and regulatory renewals.
Petroleum Industry Act 2021
PIA restructures the entire upstream, midstream, and downstream petroleum sector. NUPRC and NMDPRA replace previous regulatory bodies. Operators and service companies face entirely new compliance architectures.
NMDPRA and Midstream/Downstream Regulation
The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) governs gas processing, pipeline operations, LNG, petroleum product marketing, LPG distribution, and downstream refining. Compliance is mandatory for all operators and distributors under PIA 2021.
Capital Access Frameworks: BoI, NIRSAL and BPP
The Bank of Industry, NIRSAL Microfinance Bank, and the Bureau of Public Procurement each operate formal application and qualification frameworks with specific documentation requirements. Most eligible Nigerian businesses fail at the documentation stage. FCA prepares the complete application and qualification infrastructure for each.
Our Engagement Model

A structured engagement model
built for Nigerian market realities.

01 / Diagnose
Situation and opportunity audit
We map every compliance gap, commercial opportunity, documentation shortfall, and structural vulnerability specific to your sector and growth stage. No surprises after engagement begins.
02 / Structure
Framework design and documentation
We build the advisory infrastructure: compliance frameworks, governance documents, capital access packs, procurement files, and brand credentials, designed to the exact standard that regulators, investors, and counterparties require.
03 / Implement
Deployment and staff alignment
We embed the framework inside your operations through staff training, board briefings, process alignment, and documentation deployment. Advisory becomes infrastructure, not a one-off exercise.
04 / Maintain
Ongoing advisory and review
Regulatory environments evolve, capital markets shift, and commercial opportunities open. FCA maintains your institutional readiness as frameworks change, your operations scale, and new obligations and opportunities emerge.

The gap between what Nigerian businesses can deliver and what their documentation suggests they can deliver costs contracts, capital, and credibility every single day. FCA closes that gap.
